Roll Blast Cabinets
Machinery for blasting tubes, rolls and cylinders.
Parts are placed in the machine load area on a set of rollers that rotate the part at variable speeds.
Nozzles can be set up to blast the outside or the inside of the part.
As the part is being rotated the blast nozzles travel across the length of the part or the inside of the part.
Speeds are fully adjustable to achieve the desired finish from the blast.
This machine is fully automatic and parts are processed with automatic nozzle travel and part rotation.
Once the part cycle is finished, the nozzles return to home position while the part is being blown off with air nozzle blow off jets.
The Part is ready to unload from the machine after the nozzles and blow off have returned to home position.
