Precision CNC Abrasive Blasting Machine Operation

1. Part is loaded onto a fixture either horizontal or vertical (part fixture is mounted to a precision rotating unit).
2. When part is rotated to position it is then ready to be blasted with precision positioning blast nozzles.
3. Blast nozzles are moved by ball screw drives driven by servo motors.
4. Blast nozzles can be moved horizontal, vertical, rotate and tilt.
5. All ball screw, bearings, linear rails and bearings are mounted on the outside of the cabinet.
6. All openings where the nozzles enter inside the blasting chamber are completely sealed with rubber boots and polyurethane seals.
