Part fixturing is mounted on the inside of of the door; while one door is closed part is being processed in the blast chamber.

The other door is opened and part can be loaded onto the fixturing

When blast cycle is finished door is opened with processed part and other door is ready to be closed and blast cycle can be started.

Large vertical door is raised or lowered to load/unload parts on to a continuous rotating table for a pre determined amount of blast time.

Operator can load table up with parts, close door and start cycle.

During the blast cycle operator is free to do other tasks

This machine has a vertical counter balanced door where parts are load/unloaded onto rotating fixtures inside the blast cabinet.

Part fixturing can be easily changed for a different kind of part.

This type of machine is used to do low to medium volume of parts that are different and need a different gun and tooling setup.
