Single cell machines are used where light to medium volume is needed.

Operation

• Parts are loaded onto a fixture at the front of the machine.
• After parts are loaded operator will close a pneumatic door and start the blast cycle.
• There are multiable  nozzles blasting the part while the part is being rotated on the fixture.
• After the blast the part is then going thru a blow off process.
• Operator will then open door and remove finished part and load another new part on fixture to be processed.
