Continuous Variable Speed Blasting Conveyors

Patented continuous conveyor with 360 degree rotating head.

Parts are placed on a variable speed continuous moving conveyor belt.

(3/8” dia. Manganese wire mesh belt.) Parts enter the blasting chamber where they are moved under the blasting nozzles at a constant speed. The blasting nozzles consist of a patented 360-degree rotating head with multable nozzles attached.

The rotating head is driven by a variable speed drive to control the rpm.
As the parts are moving under the blasting nozzles the are receiving a constant even uniform finish.
As the parts exit the blasting chamber they then pass thru a blow off chamber and exit out to the unload side of the conveyor clean and finished.
Any type of media can be used in this type of machine.
This machine can be used where high volume is needed for prepping parts for coatings and also for deburring.
This machined is designed for reduced maintenance. All bearings and drives are mounted outside the blast chamber.

Machines can be custom made with smaller or wider belts and more rotating heads
