A Patented index machine is a rotary table machine with a determined number of index stops or stations, with parts loaded at each station (ie. 6-station) parts are every 60 degrees on table.

Parts are run thru machine as follows

1. Load and unload station: Parts are placed here for blasting, and also unloaded here after blasting.
2. Blasting Station : Parts are being blasted with a number of blast guns.

• The guns can be fixed, or move in a vertical or horizontal travel.
• Parts are being loaded and unloaded during the blast cycle.
• Parts are loaded on fixtures that will rotate parts at the blast station.
• Part rotation and nozzle travel are adjustable.
• Media feed and air pressure are also adjustable.

3. Air Blow off station: Parts will be blown off with airjets aimed at o.d. And i.d. Of part. This is done in a separate chamber out of the blast area. Vertical doors completely seal the blasting enclosure during the blast cycle.
