Patented continuous table blast with 360 degree rotating head.

Features of this abrasive blasing machine include:

• Parts are placed on a variable speed continuous rotating table.
• Table is constructed of 1-1/2” aluminum tooling plate with 1-1/2”  hot pour polyurethane  coating for abrasion protection.
• The rotating head is driven by a variable speed drive to control the rpm.
• As the parts are moving under the blasting nozzles the are receiving a constant even uniform finish.
• As the parts exit the blasting chamber they then pass thru a blow off chamber and exit out at the load/unload  station of the machine.
• Any type of media can be used in this type of machine including sandblasting, ceramic beads, glass beads, aluminum beads and other shot peen materials.
• This machine can be used where high volume is needed for prepping parts for coatings and also of deburring. 
• This machined is designed for reduced maintenance. All bearings and drives are mounted outside the blast chamber.

Blasting Abrasives Table Units are 36", 54" and 84" flat or V-groove table design.

Abrasive blasting tables are all polyurethane with all polyurethane suction hoses and gun bodies
