Precision CNC Abrasive Blasting Machine Operation
- Part is loaded onto a fixture either horizontal or vertical (part fixture is mounted to a precision rotating unit).
- When part is rotated to position, it is then ready to be blasted with precision positioning blast nozzles.
- Blast nozzles are moved by ball screw drives driven by servo motors.
- Blast nozzles can be moved horizontal, vertical, rotate and tilt.
- All ball screws, bearings and linear rails are mounted on the outside of the cabinet.
- All openings where the nozzles enter inside the blasting chamber are completely sealed with rubber boots and polyurethane seals.
