Single Cell Machines
Single cell machines are used where light, to medium volume is needed.
Operation
- Parts are loaded onto a fixture at the front of the machine.
- After the parts are loaded, the operator will close a pneumatic door and start the blast cycle.
- There are multiple nozzles blasting the part while it is being rotated on the fixture.
- After the blast, the part then goes through a blow off process.
- Operator then opens the door and removes the finished part, followed by loading another new part on the fixture to be processed.
- Swing door or pneumatic door is available for loading.
